Meet Jim Dunbar, an Account Executive within Celtic’s Client Services team. When Jim isn’t collaborating with clients on branding initiatives, you’ll most likely find him outside taking in nature or watching the hit show Ted Lasso. Get to know Jim more below:
Q: What attracted you to advertising and marketing?
I really enjoy helping businesses grow and shining a light on them in different ways with strategy and tactics.
Q: What do you like most about working at Celtic?
The ability to voice my opinion on all sorts projects and clients, even if they aren’t my own. Celtic has an open-door policy and feedback is appreciated even if you’re not on the project. It’s great to work in such a collaborative environment.
Q: Describe what you do as an account executive in five words.
Connect client communications and Celtic
Q: What’s your favorite thing to do when you aren’t working?
Travel and get outside, whether it’s far away or just to Lake Michigan – sitting at a desk all day makes going outside feel well earned.
Q: What’s your favorite TV show or movie and why?
Ted Lasso because Ted is a character like no other. The show isn’t the best ever made but it’s a feel good show highlighting that whether the public sees you as a hero or a villain, all you can do is control your attitude.
Q: You get to have a dream dinner with any three guests: where are you going, what are you eating and who are you inviting?
A nice dinner on the Italian coastline with Jim Carrey, Neil deGrasse Tyson, and Edward Snowden. And we would eat lasagna.
