Roba works as a client services manager, ensuring planning is executing and projects are delivered on time and on budget. She is the conduit for clients to the agency and spends her day making sure communication is clear and concise to both.
Q: How do you measure success and maintain happy clients in your role?
A: A healthy relationship with the client means delivering results and exceeding their expectations. In order to maintain the best relationship, it's important to understand that clients want more than just a business partner. They want someone invested in their brand and their overall success.
Q: What are you passionate about in this role and how does it help your day-to-day activities?
A: In my job, every day is different. I need to be flexible and able to prioritize the tasks in front of me to succeed. Adapting to customers' needs, working internally with the Celtic team, and operating alongside the client to bring ideas to life are the driving factors for me.
Q: What skills have you developed since joining Celtic Chicago?
A: Leadership, communication, and curiosity. Understanding the clients' needs and presenting them to the team is something that takes loads of leadership and communication. I couple this with the curiosity to push the limits and find something unique to exceed their goals.
