Q: What past experience helped develop your digital services skills?

A: My deep experience in digital services continues to evolve with every client's new challenges. I've learned to stay curious and adapt to new technology and digital platforms to meet their expectations. It keeps me on my toes.

Q: What advice do you have for digital service employees who are new to the industry?

A: Everything is a learning process and the digital world changes rapidly. Listen to everyone, the technology constantly changes and everyone's opinion matters. Learn from everyone, even those without digital experience. If you listen to their needs, you can find a digital solution to deliver the content they desire. You never know what ideas may spark. The digital world is a foot race to see who can put out better content and information first. 

 

Q: With everything online, what do you enjoy doing away from work?

A: Away from work, I find myself escaping into reality tv. The Real Housewives and Bravo offer me an opportunity to dive into a different lifestyle where I can get drawn into their story.
