Anissa Loghry

Meet Client Services Account Manager Anissa Loghry, working remotely from Missouri. Anissa focuses on Celtic's agricultural clients, utilizing Anissa's real agricultural insight from owning and operating her own 300-acre farm. Her active role in marketing her family farm products allows Anissa to deliver strategic marketing leadership that speaks naturally about farmers, ranchers, and livestock.

Q: What drew you to Celtic Chicago?

A: I was drawn to Celtic because it combines my agricultural background with my passion for creativity, communication, and marketing. It felt like an opportunity to grow professionally while staying connected to an industry I care deeply about and developing skills that can create value for both clients and my own agricultural ventures.

Q: What got you interested in the agricultural industry specifically?

A: I’m passionate about the agricultural industry because it’s a way of life that has shaped who I am. Growing up around and now raising a family in agriculture, I value the people, hard work, and purpose behind feeding and supporting communities, and I enjoy helping tell those stories in a meaningful way.

Q: What is one thing that not a lot of people know about advertising?

A: One thing a lot of people don't know about advertising is that great advertising isn't really all about selling, it's about understanding people. The most effective campaigns come from listening to customers, identifying their needs and motivations, and creating messages that genuinely connect with them rather than simply promoting a product. The slow burn is the ROI.

Q: What excites you the most about your new role?

A: What excites me most about my new role is the opportunity to learn and grow while working with a variety of agricultural brands and businesses. I'm looking forward to building strong client relationships, gaining a deeper understanding of ag marketing strategy, and helping create work that makes a real impact for the industry.

Q: Favorite sports team and why?

A: Don’t hold it against me - it’s the Kansas City Chiefs. Born and raised, so there’s no bandwagon here. Ironically, though, my favorite piece of sports apparel is a Chicago Bears tie-dye sweatshirt that my mom handed down to me from the ‘80s.

Q: Any favorite Missouri spots we need to visit if we're in the area?

A: We’re fortunate to live in what feels like our own little bubble. Whether we’re on the farm, exploring our quaint downtown filled with local shops, antiques, wineries, and restaurants, or spending time at the nearby state park, there’s always something to enjoy. And when we want a change of pace, the city is just a short drive away.

Q: If you could choose from anything in the world, what would be your final meal?

A: A medium-rare filet with chimichurri sauce, grilled Brussels sprouts, and every fruity dessert I can get my hands on.

Q: Do you have any animals/pets?

A: How much time do you have? Here we go!

Pets + Livestock

Dogs: Hank and Petunia

Cats: Cherry (+ 4 new kittens), KitKat (+ 3 new kittens), Nala (+ 3 new kittens), Tuxedo, Bob, Mr. Adventure, and Snowy

Chickens: Bonnie and Clyde are the OGs, plus about 35 others with names like Karen, Linda, Cinnamon, Oreo, and more

Ducks: Six of these guys, new this spring and still unnamed

Peacocks: Jerry, JJ, Spot and 5 hens

Horses: Doc, Shorty, Tex, and Trigger

Cows: Dolly the Jersey cow, plus about 60 mama Angus cows

Q: What show, movie, book, magazine, etc. do you think everyone should see?

A: I firmly believe the book is usually better than the movie. That said, I’ve been equally obsessed with The Outsiders book and movie since high school. I think everyone can relate to some aspect of that story, no matter where they come from.
