Employee Spotlight: Sienna Carugan

We are excited to announce the newest member of the Celtic team - Sienna Carugan. Sienna is a social content manager, working with clients to post on social media and writing creative blogs/digital content. We had the pleasure to meet with Sienna and discuss; new life updates, past career advances and her enthusiasm towards her job at Celtic.

We couldn’t be more ecstatic to welcome her as a Celt!

Q: Hi Sienna! What are you most excited about in your new position?

A: I’m excited to get to know everyone including my clients, and to be a part of a larger agency.

Q: What did you do in the industry prior to working at Celtic Chicago?

A: I graduated in 2019 from The University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and, because

of COVID-19, had difficulty finding a job. I decided to start my own creative agency - 114 Oak, which specialized in social media, digital marketing and graphic design. I worked super hard to make the agency successful and I am so proud of it!

Q: What is your favorite part of working in this industry?

A: I love seeing brands grow and transform into something greater. Being a part of that

process and helping clients succeed makes me feel proud.

Q: What attracted you to advertising and public relations?

A: I graduated with a degree in journalism and an emphasis in advertising. I really

wanted to end up in a field where I could be creative and let my

opinions/thoughts shine through to others.

Q: If you could do anything, what would you do with your time?

A: I would travel as much as possible, preferably somewhere in Europe such as

Greece. I am fortunate enough to be traveling this summer to Kentucky for a wedding, and am planning a trip to Orlando for Universal’s Horror Nights during Halloween time!

Q: What is your favorite song at the moment?

A: “My Head and My Heart” - Ava Max

Q: What is your perfect summer day?

A: My perfect summer day would consist of hanging with friends by the pool and

having a BBQ. The best summer days always end with a bonfire or Green Valley ice cream!

Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

A: I see myself still working full time in this industry and I would love to have a

family lake house by then!

Q: What was your quarantine essential?

A: Wine. Nothing else, but that.

Q: What made you smile today?

A: My dog, Sampson! He doesn’t even need to do anything. He just has the cutest

face.
